Bonnie’s Boutique guarantees all of our products to be free of defects and workmanship for a period of 14 days from the date of shipment.
You must call or text Customer service at 806-828-3103 for RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
Any regular priced item may be exchanged for another item, or store credit, to avoid restocking charge within 14 days of shipping date. Customer is responsible for prepaid return shipping. All items must be returned in NEW, tags in place, and UNWORN condition within 14 days of shipping date.
Products returned through no fault of Bonnie’s Boutique will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returns must be shipped prepaid and goods must be in unused resalable condition in the original packaging. Some items are not returnable. When products that are returned through no fault of Bonnie’s Boutique, you must assume responsibility for shipping the items back to us. When a package is returned shipped, we recommend, using a carrier that will track your package to make sure it safely gets back to us. Absolutely NO RETURNS after 14 days. If damage occurs during shipping, you must immediately contact the freight carrier directly for compensation. Keep all packing material and the packaging merchandise was shipped in for inspection; failure to do so will result in a rejected claim by the carrier. If we ship a product by error this will be Bonnie’s Boutique responsibility to get you the customer the correct items.
Cancelled Order Clause
Any order that is cancelled after we process it is subject to either a 3% cancellation fee or a $10.00 minimum cancellation fee. If a cancellation is requested and the order has already been processed, boxed and loaded for shipment there is NOT a way this order can be retrieved. It will be treated as a return shipment subject to the standard conditions of the return policy
Items may be picked up, at shop, 461 D Hwy 62/82 Wolfforth, TX to avoid shipping charges. Store front hours are every Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 10 am-6pm.
